Punching bag stands
A person who wants to assemble punching bag stands can do so without very much hassle by adhering to the following steps:
• Remove all of the parts of the stand from the box and lay them out separately.
• Place the base of the punching bag stand where it should be. For most punching bag stands, the base of the stand should be filled with water. If water does not make it heavy enough, sand can also be used.
• Put the ring onto the stand and then screw in the bolts. Make sure that the bolts are installed first, then the lock washer and last the flat washer ring. Repeat this same process with the second ring.If the second ring doesn't line up right, try just using the flat washers and not the lock washers. You should be able to screw the bolts in. If everything has lined up right, the bolts should be easy to screw in. If things are not lining up correctly, start again.
• Screw the column onto the threads of the ring. This column is where the punching bag will stand. Place the foam circle inside the bag, then put in any other foam that may have come with the bag. Empty spots can be filled in with things like towels to give the bag a more even look and feel.
• Close the bag and place it on the column. After the bags have been placed on the punching bag stands, the installer is ready to use it.
